Your reservation will be confirmed once the required booking arrangements and payment have been completed.
2. Personalized Travel Itineraries

3. Booking and Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, Varenza requires an initial deposit based on your travel dates.
Standard Bookings
A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation.
Peak Holiday Periods
For travel during Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required.
Remaining Balance
The outstanding balance may be paid up to two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival, where this payment option has been confirmed by Varenza.
Specific payment arrangements will be communicated when your booking is confirmed.
4. Credit Card Payments
For certain credit card transactions, Varenza may request a signed authorization form from the cardholder before processing payment.
The authorization must be completed by the cardholder, and the signature may need to match the identification documents provided for verification.
Any personal and payment information supplied during this process will be handled according to our applicable privacy and security procedures.
5. Cancellation Policy – Standard Travel Periods
We understand that travel plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply outside Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods.

6. Cancellation Policy – Christmas, New Year and Easter
Reservations scheduled during major holiday periods are subject to the following cancellation charges.

7. Refund Policy
When a refund is approved, Varenza will generally return the payment through the same method used for the original transaction.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking procedures, and the nature of the booking.
A bank processing fee of 5% may be deducted from the refunded amount, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Guests who fail to arrive for their confirmed reservation without prior cancellation are considered no-shows and are generally not eligible for a refund.
Any exceptions required by applicable law or agreed upon in writing will be respected.
8. Force Majeure and Unexpected Travel Disruptions
At Varenza, the safety and well-being of our travellers are important priorities.
We understand that unexpected events may affect travel plans, including government travel restrictions, airline disruptions, natural disasters, political events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If an official government authority or airline issues a travel warning advising against travel to your booked destination, eligible reservations may qualify for flexible cancellation or rescheduling arrangements.
Depending on the circumstances, the following options may be available:

9. Accommodation Policy
Tour prices are generally calculated based on two travellers sharing a double or twin room.
Single-room accommodation may be available for an additional supplement.
Varenza selects accommodation according to the quality, location, comfort, and services appropriate to each travel programme.
Hotel names and categories will be provided in the confirmed itinerary.
If a listed hotel becomes unavailable, alternative accommodation of a comparable standard may be arranged, subject to availability and booking conditions.
10. Flight Arrangements
Domestic Flights
Domestic flight prices are calculated using estimated fares and schedules available when the itinerary is prepared.
Airline schedules, fares, and availability may change before ticket issuance.

Free Cancellation
Travellers with eligible reservations may cancel their bookings without standard cancellation fees, subject to the applicable travel alert conditions and legal requirements.
Flexible Rescheduling
Eligible travellers may request alternative travel dates, subject to availability and operational arrangements.
Price Guarantee
Where the booking qualifies under this policy, Varenza will honour the original promotional rate for the rescheduled travel services, helping protect travellers from seasonal price changes.
These arrangements apply to eligible bookings affected by qualifying official travel alerts.
12. Responsibility and Travel Disruptions
Varenza works to deliver travel services according to the confirmed itinerary and booking arrangements.
However, certain events may occur beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, transportation disruptions, and changes made by airlines, hotels, or other independent suppliers.
In such circumstances, it may be necessary to modify travel arrangements or arrange suitable alternatives.
Responsibility for additional expenses, cancellations, or disrupted services will be determined according to the booking agreement, the circumstances involved, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or customer rights that cannot legally be limited.
13. Special Requests Policy

If you have special requests concerning accommodation, meals, transportation, room arrangements, or other travel services, please inform our team when making your booking.
